You see a PMOS patient for ten minutes, and then three months pass. Roopa carries your plan through those weeks in her language, and brings her progress back to you before the next appointment. You decide everything clinical.
One operations person onboards patients and books labs; the patient spends two minutes a day on WhatsApp.
One per patient, chosen at day 0 by her main goal and phenotype — endocrinologist for metabolic goals and phenotypes A/B, gynaecologist for cycles, fertility and the pill, dermatologist for phenotype C when skin and hair are the goal. Owns the plan, the monthly note and the month-3 review.
Add their medicines and a one-line goal to the same shared patient card. Get only questions in their domain — Roopa tags every question metabolic, gynae or skin. Each drug stays with its prescriber.
The human front door. Runs the 10-minute hand-off after the consult, clears the question queue daily, reads the weekly digest, calls anyone silent for a week. Routes, books, chases — never advises.
Collects the daily check-ins, answers everyday questions using information you have approved, drafts summaries and notes for you to approve, and passes urgent symptoms to you the same day. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or send an answer you did not write.
The doctor view shows one patient at a time: her baseline, medicines by prescriber, how the three months went, weight and cycle log, symptom scores, questions still open, and anything another doctor changed since you last saw her.
daily reply rate — pilot target
questions to the wrong doctor — the target we track hardest
urgent symptoms reach you — bleeding, pregnancy, low sugar, chest pain, self-harm
We are running this deliberately small. What comes next depends on what the first ten patients show us.
